Switched to them after a bad experience elsewhere. My claim was settled in nine days with no follow-up calls. Cashless treatment at the hospital went smoothly. If I had to pick a fault: the claim needed the same documents three times. Compared with the two alternatives I tried before, this is the one I would pick again, though it is not the cheapest.
