Version 1, published 3 Oct 2026

Draft for review by counsel. It describes how Truviews works today; the approved text replaces it before launch, and everyone is asked to accept the new version.

What we keep: your mobile number (seen only by you and Truviews staff), your display name and what you publish (public), the devices you sign in on and their network address (kept for security for 180 days), and business claim documents (private, deleted after the claim is decided and the retention period passes).

Your location is used for the request you make (for example, places near you) and is not stored. Photos have their location data removed before they are published.

We do not sell your data. We share it only when the law requires us to.

You can see your sessions and sign out of any of them, and delete your account from Settings. Your reviews then either stay under the name "Deleted user" or are withdrawn, as this policy states at the time.

Questions and complaints go to the grievance officer named on the legal page.

Under the IT Rules 2021, complaints about content on Truviews go to the grievance officer, who acknowledges them within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days.

The grievance officer's name and contact details are published here before launch. You can already file a complaint with the form.
