Draft for review by counsel. It describes how Truviews works today; the approved text replaces it before launch, and everyone is asked to accept the new version.

Truviews lets you review places, products and services in India, discuss them in Opinions, and earn points you can spend on offers that businesses run. You sign in with an Indian mobile number; there are no passwords.

Write about your own experience. Do not post anything you would not say to the business's face, anyone's phone number or address, or content you do not have the right to share.

Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred and can be reversed if the review that earned them is removed. An offer is honoured by the business that runs it, at the outlets it lists, until it ends or its quantity runs out.

Businesses may reply to reviews and flag them for a moderator. They can never edit, hide, reorder or remove what you write.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Grievance officer

Under the IT Rules 2021, complaints about content on Truviews go to the grievance officer, who acknowledges them within 24 hours and resolves them within 15 days.

The grievance officer's name and contact details are published here before launch. You can already file a complaint with the form.
