I have been a customer for two years. The app is simple and transfers go through instantly. The branch staff sorted out a KYC problem in one visit. If I had to pick a fault: charges appeared that nobody explained. A month on nothing has changed for the worse, and the one small problem I had was sorted out without an argument. I will be back.
