I have been a customer for two years. It syncs across my phone and laptop without fuss. The free plan is genuinely usable. If I had to pick a fault: reminders sometimes fire late. I asked about the things that usually go wrong and got straight answers rather than a script, which is the main reason I am writing this. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.
