Switched to them after a bad experience elsewhere. A parcel was marked delivered when it was not. Customer chat goes round in circles. To be fair, orders arrive on the promised day, well packed. What stood out was how consistent it has been across several visits: the same standard every time and nobody had to be chased for anything. Not worth the price in my experience.
