Bought this in March and have used it daily since. Comfortable for two on longer rides. The first service was quick and cheap. If I had to pick a fault: the pillion seat is hard on long trips. What stood out was how consistent it has been across several visits: the same standard every time and nobody had to be chased for anything. Could not ask for more.
