Dropped in after work. The cake I ordered two days ahead was not ready at pickup time. They wrote the name on the cake exactly as I asked. Mixed feelings.

Dropped in after work. The coconut buns sell out by ten, for good reason. Their eggless chocolate cake was the hit of my daughter's birthday. If I had to pick a fault: the puffs had clearly been reheated more than once. I asked about the things that usually go wrong and got straight answers rather than a script, which is the main reason I am writing this. I will be back.

Went on a weekday evening. The puffs had clearly been reheated more than once. To be fair, the coconut buns sell out by ten, for good reason. For anyone weighing it up: go in with a clear idea of what you need, because the options differ in ways that matter. I will not be going back.
