I have been coming here for about a year. The stylist listened and cut exactly what I asked for. Prices are on a board at the counter, so no surprises. If I had to pick a fault: they pushed a hair-spa package quite hard. For anyone weighing it up: go in with a clear idea of what you need, because the options differ in ways that matter. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.
