Visited twice this month. They wrote the name on the cake exactly as I asked. Their eggless chocolate cake was the hit of my daughter's birthday. If I had to pick a fault: the cake I ordered two days ahead was not ready at pickup time. What stood out was how consistent it has been across several visits: the same standard every time and nobody had to be chased for anything. Good experience overall.

25 Sep 2026 ComplaintIssue resolvedI ordered a birthday cake two days ahead and picked it up with the wrong name written on it. There was no time to get another one before the party. The cake itself was fine.
