  Dropped in after work. Thali refills kept coming and nobody rushed us out. The appams were soft in the middle and crisp at the edges. If I had to pick a fault: it was loud enough that we had to shout across the table. I asked about the things that usually go wrong and got straight answers rather than a script, which is the main reason I am writing this. Good experience overall.

  I have been coming here for about a year. It was loud enough that we had to shout across the table. The paneer tikka arrived lukewarm and the naan was chewy. To be fair, the waiter asked how spicy we wanted the curries before sending them out. For anyone weighing it up: go in with a clear idea of what you need, because the options differ in ways that matter. Mixed feelings.

  Complaint

  Delivery arrived an hour late and the curry was cold. The app showed the order as out for delivery the whole time.

  Dropped in after work. We waited forty minutes for mains with half the tables empty. Would not recommend, sadly.
