Visited twice this month. With an appointment we waited less than fifteen minutes. The front desk was calm and helpful. If I had to pick a fault: we waited over an hour despite having an appointment. What stood out was how consistent it has been across several visits: the same standard every time and nobody had to be chased for anything. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.
