Used them for the first time last month. The technician explained what was wrong before fixing it. They arrived within the slot and cleaned up afterwards. To be fair, the technician explained what was wrong before fixing it. A month on nothing has changed for the worse, and the one small problem I had was sorted out without an argument. Fine for now; I may look elsewhere next time.
