I have been a customer for two years. Departures were on time both ways. Rescheduling was free and took a minute in the app. If I had to pick a fault: the air conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted. A month on nothing has changed for the worse, and the one small problem I had was sorted out without an argument. Good experience overall.
