Used them for the first time last month. Returns are picked up the next day and refunds are quick. Customer chat goes round in circles. To be fair, returns are picked up the next day and refunds are quick. What stood out was how consistent it has been across several visits: the same standard every time and nobody had to be chased for anything. Mixed feelings.
