Switched to them after a bad experience elsewhere. Support kept me on hold for forty minutes. The connection drops every time it rains. To be fair, an outage last month was fixed within two hours. I asked about the things that usually go wrong and got straight answers rather than a script, which is the main reason I am writing this. Decent, but nothing special.
