A friend recommended it, so I tried it last Sunday. The staff did not hover, but were there when needed. Alterations were done the same day at no extra cost. If I had to pick a fault: the colours ran badly on the first wash. For anyone weighing it up: go in with a clear idea of what you need, because the options differ in ways that matter. Could not ask for more.
