Fair, transparent points for honest contributions
Every perspective counts the same on Truviews. Here is how your activity earns points, what they are for, and what never changes them.
Lifetime
Your permanent score. It never goes down when you spend, and it sets your level.
Available
Points you can spend on offers from businesses.
The equal points rule
Every honest review earns exactly the same points, whether it is 1 star or 5 stars. A complaint earns the same as a review. Businesses can never influence, alter or buy your reviews.

Common questions
Can a business take away or block my points?
No. Points move only through Truviews' own ledger. A business can reply to your review and flag it for a moderator, but it cannot remove it, hide it or change your points.
What happens if I edit a review later?
You can edit for 30 days after publishing. Changing the rating never changes your points; adding or removing photos or detailed scores does.
What if I withdraw a review, or it is removed?
The points it earned are taken back. If you post it again, or a moderator restores it, they are credited again.
Do points expire?
No. Lifetime points and your level never expire. Available points stay until you spend them.
