I have been coming here for about a year. It opens at five, which suits my schedule. Trainers correct your form without being asked. If I had to pick a fault: the air conditioning barely works in the cardio area. I asked about the things that usually go wrong and got straight answers rather than a script, which is the main reason I am writing this. Absolutely loved it. Highly recommended.
