A friend recommended it, so I tried it last Sunday. Good bar snacks: the masala peanuts and fish fingers are worth ordering. One of the best I have tried.

If I had to pick a fault: happy-hour prices were not honoured after eight. For anyone weighing it up: go in with a clear idea of what you need, because the options differ in ways that matter. I will be back.

If I had to pick a fault: service slowed to a crawl once it got crowded. Compared with the two alternatives I tried before, this is the one I would pick again, though it is not the cheapest. Good experience overall.
